Some see this work as charity, philanthropy, or an allocation of resources that could better be donated by share owners themselves. But to us, it is a vital investment in our future, essential to our top-line and bottom-line business success. Another important area where knowledge will be spread in Bangladesh is through many seminar and workshop sponsored by AIBR where top level subject matter experts will be invited as speakers.

AIBR plans to sponsor research projects with select institutes in Bangladesh with a view to developing research skill. AIBR will also distribute scholarship to deserving student in many levels.

Our Approach We inject business efficiency into community care and invest professional resources, talent and technical expertise in it. We approach community interventions as we do successful product launches. We research community needs, develop and pilot new projects, scale them up, and once proven, collaborate with the government and various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to roll them out.
